What we do

We make strategy executable. In practice, we build the chain that connects strategy to funding, portfolio governance, execution, the work of teams and the data needed to steer. Our three main areas of expertise are Strategy-to-Execution, Lean Portfolio Management and AI-Augmented Strategy & Execution.

What sets us apart

• Designing the model and implementing it. An operating model with no equivalent in the tools stays a document; a tool configured without a model reproduces the habits you wanted to change. We hold both ends: the model is designed knowing how it will be represented, and the tools are implemented knowing which decisions they serve.
• From the executive committee down to the data. The same people in the strategic portfolio review and in the configuration of Clarity or Jira.
• Independent of software vendors. We resell no licences and take no commission. If the tool you already have is the right one, we will say so.
• Practices adapted, not a framework imposed. We use SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management and other practices where they serve the model, and we say so when they do not.

A senior firm, by design

PPM Consulting & Performance is a founder-led firm. You work with the person who designs the model and knows the tools. Depending on the engagement, we bring in a network of independent specialists we know and have worked with before, introduced at the scoping stage. This format is a choice: it keeps experience in front of the client.

The founder

Mohammed Tahri-Joutey founded and leads PPM Consulting & Performance. Nearly 20 years of portfolio governance and PPM experience: portfolio governance, Lean Portfolio Management and operating model engagements for large organisations, and implementation of the tools that carry them, Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Primavera and Planisware. Where we work

Based between Europe and the UAE, we work with organisations across Europe and the GCC, on site when the situation requires it. Our working languages are French, English and Arabic.

What we do not do

• We resell no licences and take no commission from any vendor.
• We do not apply a framework to the letter. SAFe rolled out without adaptation in an organisation that is not ready produces ritual and fatigue.
• We do not deliver dashboards fed by hand: they would not be maintained.
